Rail Excuses
If you commute by rail, chances are you've experienced seemingly inexplicable delays. The public address system likely is of low quality, so the excuse in play is anyone's guess; yours, mine, the person's next to you or this app's.
If your train makes an unplanned stop, just whip out Rail Excuses, shake it and get as good a guess as anyone's. You may be surprised (or not) that most of the more than 50 excuses in this app were actually used by conductors.
